BEFORE - tub and shower
This outdated bath definitely needed a face lift. We removed the unused tub and replaced with a large walk-in tiled shower.
BEFORE - vanity
We removed the dated cultured marble counters and brass bathroom fixtures giving the space a modern feel.
AFTER - vanity
The finished product turned out stunning. The sink on the left has a recessed area allowing for better wheelchair access. Even though functional it still looks beautiful with the overall design.
AFTER - Hands free
Two hands-free Delta Touch2O faucets and soap dispensers were added. The cabinetry actually floats approximately 10" above the floor and accent lighting was added for a dramatic flair.
AFTER - decorative storage cabintery
To compliment the floating vanity cabinetry, this shallow storage unit was constructed to be floating as well. Accent lighting was added under cabinets and behind the glass doors. Bamboo mosaic glass tile was added to cabinet wall and the entrance to the shower.
AFTER - Shower
This roll-in shower works well for everyone with a linear drain allowing water to properly drain without splashing into the main bathroom. The decorative mosaic tile was added to shampoo/soap niche tying both spaces together. The niche has a lower and upper section allowing for use when standing or sitting.
After - lavatory area
A portion of the walls were tiled giving a clean transitional look with low maintenance but a stylish appearance.
AFTER - Entrance to bedroom
We enlarged the entrance to the master bedroom and bath area with a double 4' wide door allowing easy wheelchair access.
AFTER - Bedroom
Double pockets doors allow great access to the master bedroom but can be closed off when needed. This wood look tile was installed in the bedroom to give a feeling of warmth while allowing for easy wheelchair access.
